To change the email sender name, from email and reply-to email, go to Settings > Email & SMS.
Before configuring your sender details, make sure you have completed the domain verification setup. This is required to send campaigns.
Click Email and fill out your desired sender name. This is typically the same as your shop name.
For the From email, you'll want to send from a general address like [email protected].
The From email must be on the domain you set up in Domain Settings. If you set up a subdomain such as hello.yourstore.com, the From email must use that subdomain too, for example [email protected].
Each store has one sender name and one From email. You can't set up a different sender for each Shopify Market or language.
