Set up your email sender

This article explains how to set the default email sender address

To change the email sender name, from email and reply-to email, go to Settings > Email & SMS.

Before configuring your sender details, make sure you have completed the domain verification setup. This is required to send campaigns.


Click Email and fill out your desired sender name. This is typically the same as your shop name.


For the From email, you'll want to send from a general address like [email protected].
