To change the email sender name, from email and reply-to email you can go to Settings> Email & SMS.
Click “Email”, and fill out your desired email sender name. This is typically the same as your shop name.
For the FROM: email you typically want to send from a general email address like [email protected].
In order to send email from your own domain, you need to make sure that you have first completed the domain verification setup.
