Here you activate SMS and fund your SMS wallet. As part of this process, you will also be asked to submit your business details.

This registration is a required industry process for all businesses that send SMS. It verifies who you are, what type of business you run, and that you have permission to message your subscribers. This helps prevent spam and ensures good delivery rates across mobile networks.

After submission, your details are reviewed by telecom partners. This approval process usually takes a few days. Once approved, SMS sending is automatically enabled in your Spoks account.

Sending SMS

After approval, SMS is sent through posts.

Create a post and select the intended recipients at the top. Make sure the audience has opted in for SMS.

When the post is ready, click Review and enable the SMS channel. SMS can be sent on its own or together with email.

SMS can be sent in two ways:

  • As a single-send post

  • As part of a flow, where the SMS post is created directly in the flow builder

SMS delivery formats

SMS can be delivered as:

  • A short preview text with a link to the web version of the post

  • A full SMS version of the post

Full SMS supports text, links, and buttons. Images and blocks not supported by SMS are automatically excluded.

All links and buttons are uniquely tracked per recipient using Spoks’ built-in link tracker, branded with your custom domain. This provides precise click and engagement tracking for every SMS you send.
