You do this by enabling the public feed and publishing a post as public.

By default, all posts in Spoks are private and only accessible to the selected recipients. To enable shareable links, you must first turn on the public feed.

Step 1: Make your feed public

Go to Settings -> Web.

Set Feed visibility to Public.

This activates your feed page, which is hosted on your Spoks web URL or your custom domain. The feed page will host all posts that are marked as public.

Step 2: Publish a post as public

Once the feed is public, the post review screen will include an option to choose whether a post is private or public.

  • Private posts are only visible to recipients via email or SMS

  • Public posts get a shareable web link

Any post marked as public will automatically generate a URL that can be shared anywhere on the web, such as your social media or website.

Public posts live on your feed and remain accessible as long as they are published.

You can also change an already published post from private to public, and vice versa.
