To schedule an email campaign, first create your content and set your intended recipients at the top. Click Review to proceed. On the review screen, check the subject line and preheader, then click Schedule at the bottom to set a later time for publication. The campaign will then be automatically published at the scheduled time.
If the estimated recipients show 0 after you choose a segment, check Smart sending on the review screen. With smart sending on, contacts who received any marketing email in the last 24 hours, from a campaign or a flow, are left out, so a list you emailed less than 24 hours ago can show 0 recipients.
The time you set is in your account's time zone, not the recipient's. Spoks does not send a campaign at each contact's own local time, so everyone on the list receives it at the same moment.
Your account's time zone is a setting on the account. It does not follow whoever happens to be logged in. If you schedule from a different country to the store, as an assistant or an agency often will, work out the time you want in the account's time zone and enter that. A 9am UK send is entered as 9am whether you are in London or Manila.
You can view scheduled campaigns under the Planned tab on the Campaigns screen.
To schedule an SMS instead, see Scheduling an SMS campaign.
