Templates in Spoks let you reuse structure, layout, and content patterns so you can create posts faster and stay consistent across your communication.

Template library

Spoks includes a template library with ready-made designs for common use cases such as announcements, product highlights, storytelling, reviews, and promotions.

You can browse the template library from Content -> Templates and preview any template before using it.

Creating a post from a template

To use a template, open it and click Create post from template.

This creates a new post using the template’s structure and content, which you can freely edit without affecting the original template.

Templates are starting points. Once the post is created, it behaves like any other post in Spoks.

My Templates

You can also create and manage your own templates.

Templates you save or duplicate appear under My Templates and can be reused across your team.

This is useful if you have:

  • Repeating campaign formats

  • Branded layouts you want to standardize

  • Proven post structures you want to reuse

Duplicating templates

Any template, including those from the library, can be duplicated into your own template collection.

Duplicating a template lets you modify and adapt it without changing the original version.

When to use templates

Templates are best used to speed up creation and ensure consistency. They help reduce manual work while still allowing full flexibility in content, styling, and delivery.
