Inviting team members

To invite someone:

  1. Go to Settings -> Team.

  2. Click Invite team member.

  3. Enter their email address.

  4. Assign a role.

  5. Send the invite.

You can invite multiple team members at once if needed.

Team members can log in to Spoks using the email address they received the invitation on. Access is available via the web at app.spoks.com or through the Spoks mobile app for iPhone and Android devices.

Team roles

Each team member is assigned a role that defines what they can do:

  • Admin

Full access. Can manage settings, content, contacts, flows, insights, and other team members.

  • Regular
Can create and publish posts, and access contacts and statistics.

  • Contributor
Can create and suggest posts, but cannot publish them.

Roles can be changed at any time.

Fine-grained access rights

In addition to roles, you can control specific permissions per team member, such as:

  • Creating posts

  • Publishing posts

  • Accessing contacts

  • Viewing insights and demographics

  • Accessing settings

This makes it easy to tailor access based on responsibilities.

Editing or removing team members

To manage an existing team member, open them from the Team list.

Here you can update their role, adjust permissions, or remove access entirely.

Team management in Spoks is designed to be flexible, so everyone has the right access without friction.
