Segment sync to Meta
You can sync any segment in Spoks to Meta as a Custom Audience.
To enable this:
Go to Settings → Integrations → Meta
Log in with your Meta account
Select which Spoks segments should be synced
Once enabled:
Segments are kept in sync continuously
Contacts are added and removed from Meta audiences as they enter or leave the segment
The same segment can be used for retargeting, exclusions, or lookalike creation inside Meta
Segment syncing only shares the data required by Meta to build audiences. All logic and segmentation still live in Spoks.
Capturing Meta Lead Ad submissions
If you run Meta Lead Ads using Meta’s native lead forms, Spoks can automatically capture those submissions.
To set this up:
Log in to Meta from Settings → Integrations
Select which Meta Lead Forms should be connected to Spoks
Once connected:
Every lead submission is automatically created as a contact in Spoks
The contact is subscribed using the contact details they provide
Each lead is created with a tag containing the form name, making it easy to segment and trigger flows
Existing contacts are matched when possible instead of duplicated
Using Meta leads in flows and segmentation
Lead ad contacts behave like any other contact in Spoks:
You can trigger flows using the New contact trigger
You can filter using the form tag (for example, the specific Meta lead form)
You can combine lead source data with purchase behavior, engagement, or other attributes
This makes it easy to run onboarding flows, follow-ups, or qualification flows specifically for Meta leads.
