Google Ads integration

The Google Ads integration works the same way as Meta, supporting both audience sync and lead form capture.

Segment sync to Google Ads

You can sync Spoks segments to Google Ads to use them as audiences.

To enable this:

  • Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Ads

  • Log in to your Google Ads account

  • Select which Spoks segments should be synced

Once enabled:

  • Segments are synced continuously

  • Contacts are added and removed as segment membership changes

  • Synced audiences can be used for retargeting and exclusions, and other supported Google audience use cases

Audience size limits and eligibility are handled by Google, while segmentation logic remains in Spoks.

Capturing Google Lead Form submissions

If you use Google Lead Forms, Spoks can automatically capture those submissions.

To set this up:

  • Log in to Google Ads from Settings → Integrations

  • Select which Google Lead Forms should be connected

Once connected:

  • Lead submissions are automatically created as contacts in Spoks

  • Contacts are subscribed using the details they provide in the form

  • Each lead is created with a tag containing the form name

  • Existing contacts are matched when possible

Using Google leads in flows and segmentation

Google lead contacts can be used exactly like Meta leads:

  • Trigger flows using New contact

  • Target contacts using the form tag

  • Combine paid lead data with behavior and engagement across email, SMS, and posts

This makes it simple to treat paid acquisition leads as first-class contacts inside Spoks, not just one-off form submissions.
