How do I share a form with someone?

How to share a Spoks form using a direct link or by attaching it to a post.

Written by Peter

There are two ways to share a form in Spoks: by attaching it to a post, or by copying its direct link.

Attach the form to a post

When you create a post in Spoks, you can add a form to it. Anyone who reads the post can fill out the form directly from there. This is the most common way to share a form β€” it gives the form context and reaches your existing audience.

Copy the form's direct link

Every shareable form and shareable poll has a direct link you can send to someone β€” by email, message, or anywhere else. There are two places to copy the link:

  • From the How to use this form dialog β€” Shown automatically when you save a new form. Click the copy-link button in the dialog.

  • From the share menu β€” On the form overview dialog (opened by clicking the form on the forms page), click the share icon in the top-right corner to copy the link.

Both options give you the same link.
