There are two ways to share a form in Spoks: by adding it to an email, or by copying its direct link.
Add the form to an email
You can add a form to any email you build — whether it's a one-off campaign or an email step inside a flow. Anyone who reads the email can fill it out directly from there. This is the most common way to share a form: it gives the form context, reaches your existing audience, and — because the reader is a known contact — automatically captures their answers onto their contact profile. Adding a form or poll to a flow email is a clever way to collect data continuously as contacts move through your automations.
Copy the form's direct link
Every shareable form and shareable poll has a direct link you can send to someone — by email, message, or anywhere else. There are two places to copy the link:
From the How to use this form dialog — Shown automatically when you save a new form. Click the copy-link button in the dialog.
From the share menu — On the form overview dialog (opened by clicking the form on the forms page), click the share icon in the top-right corner to copy the link.
Both options give you the same link.
