If your popup form isn't appearing, check these three things:
1. Is the form's status set to LIVE?
A popup form only appears when its status is LIVE. A DRAFT popup is not displayed, regardless of its other settings. Open the form in the editor and check the Status setting under Form settings.
2. Is the Spoks Onsite Javascript enabled?
Popup forms need the Spoks Onsite Javascript to be enabled in your Shopify theme. This is a one-time setup that applies to all popup forms. If you've never enabled it, the form won't appear no matter how it's configured.

3. Are the visitor and page meeting the form's rules?
Even with status LIVE and the Javascript enabled, the popup only appears when its rules are met:
Trigger settings — The popup's timing rule (immediate, time delay, scroll, or exit intent) must be triggered by the visitor's behavior.
URL rules — The page's URL must match the popup's URL rules. If you've set "only show where the URL contains" values, the page must match one of them. If you've set "don't show where the URL contains" values, the page must not match any of them.
Frequency — If the visitor has previously closed the popup, it won't reappear until the cooldown period has passed. If Don't show again if submitted is enabled and the visitor has already submitted, the popup won't show again at all.
