How do I trigger a flow when someone submits a form?

You can automatically run a flow for people who submit a form by using the Form submission trigger.

This article covers Spoks forms specifically. If you're using a third-party form tool like Shopify Forms, see How do I trigger a flow from a third-party form submission? instead.

In Spoks, create a new flow from scratch and set the trigger to Form submission.

By default, the trigger fires for any form submission. To run the flow only for a specific form, add a trigger filter that scopes the trigger to the form you want.

From here, the flow works like any other Spoks flow. Add whatever actions you want to run for people who submit the form.
