Email Service: Blocked

The recipient's mail server actively refused the message, usually for reputation reasons (sending IP/domain flagged) or content filtering.

Usually transient and tied to the recipient's server policy - wait and retry later, or contact support if it persists across many contacts.

The email service was not able to deliver to that email. The email might be wrong.

Consider updating the email address to a correct one

The user already received an identical post

Check whether already received an identical post. If not, contact support.
