Direct links are available for shareable forms, shareable polls, and the subscribe form β these are the form types designed to be shared. Popup forms don't have direct links because they appear in specific contexts (your store) rather than being shared as standalone pages.
If you're not sure which type you have, the form type is shown on the forms page.
Where to find the link
There are two places to copy a form's direct link:
From the How to use this form dialog β Shown automatically when you first save a new form, or can be opened from the form overview dialog. Click the copy-link button in the dialog.
From the form overview dialog β Open the form by clicking it on the forms page, then click the share icon in the top-right corner to copy the link.
Both options give you the same link, and the link stays the same for the life of the form.
What happens when someone opens the link
The link opens the form as a standalone page that anyone can fill out. Submissions go directly into Spoks and appear in the form's submissions view.
If the form is set to DRAFT instead of LIVE, visitors who open the link will see a message that the form no longer accepts submissions. To make sure the form is collecting responses, check that its status is LIVE before sharing the link.
