By default, all your contacts in Shopify are automatically synced to Spoks.
But if you have a list of contacts you would like to import, you can head to the “Contacts” screen and click the “Import list” button in the top right corner to import your list.
The contact list can either be a CSV or excel file.
After the list is imported, you will be asked to map the relevant columns from your file.
Make sure to also map the columns for email and SMS subscription status. This option can also be overridden if necessary, e,g, because you are importing a list of unsubscribed contacts from your provider.
