Available flow types

Spoks includes a set of pre-built flow templates covering the most common e-commerce use cases, making it easy to get started quickly.

The available flow types include:

  • Welcome Flow

  • Thank You Flow

  • Win-Back Flow

  • Abandoned Checkout

  • Abandoned Browse

  • Abandoned Cart

  • Active on Site

Each template comes with a predefined trigger and structure based on proven patterns from real-world Shopify stores. These templates are designed to work out of the box, while still being fully customizable.

Built-in Back in Stock flows are under development. Until then, this use case can be handled through third-party Shopify apps.

Beyond the templates

The templates are starting points, not limitations. Using the available triggers and steps, you can build many more flows than what is listed in the template gallery.

Any flow that can be described as “when this happens, do that after some time” can usually be built in Spoks. By combining triggers, delays, filters, posts, internal emails, and webhooks, you can create highly customized automations tailored to your business logic.

Built from real ecommerce experience

The included flow types are based on patterns we have seen work well across many Shopify stores. They cover most standard lifecycle needs for e-commerce.
