A segment is simply a reusable set of conditions. When contacts meet those conditions, they are included in the segment automatically. When they no longer match, they are removed.
How segments work
Segments are built using the same filtering logic used throughout Spoks. You can filter contacts based on:
Subscription status for email and SMS
Customer and order data from Shopify
Engagement and activity
Tags and custom fields

Segments are always dynamic. The contact count updates automatically as data changes.

When selecting recipients for a post, you can choose one or more segments and further narrow the audience using additional filters if needed.
