Creating a new segment
Go to the Contacts screen.
Click Segments at the top and select New segment.
Give the segment a name, then define the conditions that contacts must meet to be included. As you add filters, Spoks will immediately show how many contacts match the segment.
When you are done, save the segment. It will now be available everywhere segments can be used.
Editing an existing segment
To edit a segment, go to the Contacts screen, open the Segments list, and click the settings icon next to the segment you want to change.
Update the name or adjust the filter conditions, then save. Any changes you make apply instantly and update the segment everywhere it is used.
Segment conditions
Segments use the same filtering logic found throughout Spoks. You can combine conditions using AND and OR logic and group filters to create more advanced definitions.
Segments are always dynamic. Contacts automatically enter or leave the segment as their data or behavior changes.
