How do I set up a popup form for my store?

Setting up a popup form takes three steps. Each one is covered in detail in its own article — this guide ties them together.

Create a new form in Spoks and choose Popup form as the type. Configure the basic info, questions, appearance, and popup-specific settings (timing, teaser, URL rules, frequency).

Popup forms only appear when the Spoks Onsite Javascript is enabled in your Shopify theme. This is a one-time setup.

A popup only appears when its status is LIVE. You can change the status from the form editor at any time.

Once all three steps are done, your popup form will appear on your store according to the rules you configured. To check responses, open the form and switch to the Submissions tab — see Viewing and exporting form submissions.
