Yes, Spoks has an MCP server. You can connect your store to Claude, ChatGPT or any other AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol, and then work on your marketing by talking to it.
You set it up inside your own AI assistant. It connects as you and reaches only what your Spoks account already has access to.
What you can do with it
Draft emails and SMS, and edit drafts you already have.
Build audiences: search contacts, preview how many people a filter would reach, and save it as a segment.
Build flows from blueprints and edit the sends inside them while the flow is paused.
Change your store settings. It shows you the warnings first and saves nothing until you confirm, and it needs settings access in your Spoks account.
Read how campaigns performed: recipients, clicks, attributed revenue and purchases.
Pull in real products and discount codes from your connected Shopify store.
What it cannot do
Campaigns your assistant creates land in Spoks as drafts, and flows it creates start inactive. You review them, then you send or activate them yourself from the web app or the Spoks mobile app.
It cannot send or schedule a campaign.
It cannot activate a flow or turn on a send step in a flow.
It cannot edit contact records.
It cannot delete anything.
This is something you set up yourself
The connection runs between your own AI assistant and your store. It is not running in the Spoks support chat, and support cannot use it on your behalf.
That means asking in the support chat for your live figures, such as how a campaign is doing or how many contacts you have, will not return anything. Nothing in the chat is reading your store. To see your own numbers, open Spoks, or connect the MCP in your AI assistant and ask it there.
Connecting your AI assistant
Using Claude? Open claude.ai/directory/spoks, click Connect, and log in with your Spoks account. That is the whole setup.
Using something else? Add this as a remote MCP server, then log in with your Spoks account when prompted:
https://mcp.spoks.com/mcp
There are no API keys to create or manage.
Full reference
The Spoks MCP reference has the setup steps for each client, every tool your assistant can use, example prompts, rate limits and security details.
