Importing contacts to Spoks is easy and flexible.
Automatic Sync: By default, all your Shopify contacts are automatically synchronized with Spoks.
Manual Import: If you have a separate list of contacts to import, navigate to the "Contacts" screen and click the "Import list" button in the top right corner.
File Format: The contact list must be a CSV or Excel file.
Mapping Columns: After importing the file, you will be prompted to map the relevant columns from your file to Spoks fields.
Crucially, ensure you map the columns for email and SMS subscription status. This setting can be overridden if needed (for example, if you are importing a list of globally unsubscribed contacts from another provider).
