Spoks has one simple plan: it is free to send for stores with fewer than 1,000 Shopify contacts, and $35 per month once your store is above that.

The free plan is limited to 1,000 Shopify contacts and 5,000 monthly email sends.

If your store has fewer than 1,000 Shopify contacts, you can send email with Spoks for free. This is not a trial and it does not expire. You stay on the free plan for as long as your store is under 1,000 contacts.

You can install Spoks and prepare your account at any list size. Importing contacts, setting up Looks, building campaigns, and creating flows are all available before you subscribe, whether your store has 500 contacts or 50,000.

The paid plan is only required to send or activate once your store is over 1,000 contacts. You never need to delete Shopify customers or shrink your list to try Spoks.

Stores with around 150,000 contacts or 50,000 products go through a quick automatic scaling check before their workspace opens. That check is unrelated to the 1,000-contact free plan. See Why is my store flagged for manual review?

Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the Spoks app from Shopify does not cancel your subscription, as the two are not connected.
