First things first: start by installing the Spoks app in the Shopify app store.
After you have installed the app, you’ll be guided through our onboarding process.
The onboarding process will ask if you are coming from Klaviyo. Klaviyo users can enter their API key to trigger an automatic migration of their Klaviyo profiles and subscription statuses to Spoks.
If you are coming from Omnisend, Flodesk, or Shopify Email, you can simply skip the Klaviyo step, but make sure that you later import the list of unsubscribed profiles from your previous system (unless you come from Shopify email, in which case everything will be handled by our Shopify integration).
After installing the app in the Shopify app store, you’ll be redirected to your new Spoks workspace at app.spoks.com.
Here you’ll find an overview of the onboarding tasks you should complete as you are getting started. Spoks is free to use for any stores with fewer than 1,000 Shopify contacts. When you are ready to commit, you can click the upgrade button in the left side panel to start your subscription.
